Step one: Qualify for your loan
The first step in building your home is finding out how much you can afford. Once we've determined your loan amount, our consultants can work with you to find the perfect home, land, and contractor to carry out your project.
Step two: pick your land
Use LandQuester to find the ideal piece of land for your dream home. Simply pick the cities where you would like to live, and a LandQuester representative will run a search of all available lots for your review.
Step three: Put it all together
Once we have established what you qualify for and what land you're looking to buy, we will finalize all costs for the project and submit it for underwriting approval.
